My laptop can not boot

    Hi experts
    I have asus expertbook . the laptop ram was upgraded when i first bought .after 1 months use the laptop can not boot. even after run the startup diagnostic.bios lunched , the fan speed incresed and temp but it can not boot.
    it cann't start it up by any of its RAMs.
    any tips
