I just bought a new Acer Nitro V 15 ANV15-41 which has Ryzen 5 6600H RTX 3050 6gb and 16 gb Ram 1 month ago. It was all good until I ran a CPU intensive program. To be specific, I played 'NFS the Run' first, After 2 gameplays, laptop suddenly shut down. I thought maybe something heppend. I tried that game again, but after sometime, it again heppend. After that, I tried 'NFS MW 2005' but it went smooth, I still play that. And after that, I installed 'NFS Heat', but again, after half an hour, it again crashed and laptop shut down. In fear, I uninstalled every game thinking those caused this problem. But then I noticed that maybe the CPU temperature causing this issue cause when it touches 82°, this happens and NFS 2005 was not that CPU intensive, thats why it ran smooth. After that, I haven't tried anything and using in normal works. I am afraid that my laptop has manufacturing defect. I talked to customer service, but they asked for a video as proof and I'm trying but am not able to capture that in right moment. What should I do now? Please help.
