My new AA1 D150-1920 10.1 inch.

    Hi donec,
    unfortunately, the F12 option is greyed out in my BIOS, so there is no way to enable it.
    As for the ACER customer service, I live in central Massachusetts. I was pretty surprise me too about the fact that I had to pay to receive assistance for this BIOS problem. I actually also complained two times by e-mail with the customer service, but it seems there is no way unless to pay to have their assistance in my case. This is pretty annoying, as I consider the BIOS as part of the machine and , hence, it should be covered by warranty if not changed since the PC came out of factory.

    When you called Acer did you call 866-695-2237? That's the number I have used and never had a problem. BTW I am still using the original Sys BIOS v1.05.
