N-Lite tutorial

    Using the above, I've managed to get a Windows XP Service Pack 3 (full fat version) down from 1.2Gb to around 800Mb (on the install disk). How on earth do you get it down to 250Mb like some of the XP Lite or TinyXp versions that are kicking about the web?

    Only noticable thing between my version and the XP Lite posted on this site (the one without the battery indicator) is that it takesa bout another 10 seconds extra to start up. I could live with that if I wasn't such a geek ;)
