Need a copy or image of the Linpus recovery CD/DVD

    Um....I've lost my recovery CD that came with the AA1. I've searched everywhere (Acer's site too) and can't find a place that has an image of it. Can anyone help me?

    Thx, ndirons :D ... can I ask I stupid n00b question? I found that link, shortly after I requested help, but..... I don't know what to do with it. (see I told you it was stupid). Do I just copy everything in the "v1.01.21/" folder to a DVD? Then...how do I recover with it? Is something in there some sort of executable (a 'restore' program)?
    I know I'm thinking of it in Windows terms, but that's all I know... :oops:

    The .iso was removed from Acers website several weeks ago. However, there is an alternative download link in the comments.

    As for what to do with the file: just follow the instructions ;)
    Do note that you need to download the .iso from the alternate site; not the directory with sourcefiles on the acer site unless you are very, very ambitious and wish to learn how to compile your own linux distribution ;)

    Still looking for a copy or image or .iso of the recovery disk! Does anyone actually know of one? The two links given above do not work.
