Need help please. aoa-150 webcam problems

    my webcam is listed under "My Computer" and in device manager but when I try to access it, it says "Creation of the video preview failed. Please check the device connection and make sure that the device is not being used by another application or user." I am the only user on the system and I have rebooted many times, tried un/reinstall. One strange this is that my camera manufacturer says it is Sonix Technology not Lite-on or Suyin as listed on Acer's website. The camera did work in the past but I am not sure what took place to create this problem. Driver version is same as Lite-on 5.8.33.1
