Need help recovering Lost SSD Space

    Hi,

    I turned on the paging file to see if there was any performance difference, and when I turned it back off the 1023MB doesn't appear as free space on the drive. I went from aproximately 3.5GB free space to 2.18, and I can't find any way to recover the lost space. Can someone help me? I have the Aspire 110-1588, 8GB SSD, running Windows XP SP3. Thanks in advance to anyone who answers.

    EDIT: Heh, never mind. I turned it on and off a couple more times and the space finally showed back up. Weird.

    enable "show hidden files" in the folder options
    Then delete the page file from your C drive
