    Hello,
I recently purchased a AA0751h-1621, I loaded windows 7 on it and decided that I wanted to revert back to Vista. However when I enter the Acer eRecovery Management, when I get to the "Restore Destination" it automatically selects the "System Reserved" partition.

Can someone help me revert back to Vista?

Is there a way to get it to load everything like when I first turned on this machine out of the box?

I'll leave your answer to the techs here, but on my previous 8.9 Acer, I got a set of system recovery disks from Acer. I just called their tech support, asked for them, and I received them within a week as I remember. I'm thinking of doing the same for my 11.6 Pro, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

As I understand these disks, you pop them into an external DVD reader, boot and then recover the computer to the way it was when you first go it.

As to your problem, I doubt you have to go this extreme, but as I said at the first of this post, I'll leave that to the techies here.

    Sumfingwong,

Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 Support Forum located here http://tinyurl.com/9fhdl5 . It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams. You may want to check the threads available there for additional assistance and feedback.
