This is a list in no particular order of things to do to make your netbook the fastest it can be (and view HD 720p YouTube videos)!!

If you have an SSD, Install FlashFire <<< This is the main speed boost!

Install Advaned System Care (PRO version recommended)

Install GMA Booster if you have a supported graphics card

Disable all visual effects

Use Windows Classic theme

Install RAMBooster to free up unneeded RAM

Make sure your initial and maximum sizes are the same on your pagefile settings

Run a clean up with CCleaner every day

Slim down your windows operating system using nlite (XP Tutorial Here, Windows 7 Tutorial Here)

Disable windows sounds

Use firefox/google chrome

If using firefox, install an add-on called "Low quality flash" to greatly improve speed of flash objects (If flash player lags click here)

Defrag your RAM with iolo memory mechanic

Force to unload DLL's from memory to free up ram

Defrag your pagefile using pagedefrag

Clean your registry weekly

Clean your harddrive out (C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache) <<< Delete all files in there if your in urgent need of space

Clean the dust out of your netbook

Disable indexing

Disable services safe to be disabled

Use Avira Anti-Virus
