I recently added an Aspire One ZG5 (running Linpus) to my network. In order to keep my documentation up to date I would like to record the MAC and IP addresses but I can find no way to determine them from the machine. Any suggestions?

The command you are looking for, is ifconfig. Open a terminal, and enter "ifconfig" without the quotes then press enter.
The output should supply you with all you need. For possible options to the command, enter man ifconfig and press enter.
