network centre under settings --- no response

    i hv installed the new network manager

    but afterwards, i can only start the network connection in the icon tray on the bottom right, but sometimes it can't be shown up and i need to restart the computer again (and then it will show !) anyone hv the same problem?

    actually i want to start the network centre under settings like before,
