Why would anyone run the new 3211 BIOS upgrade if they had a working system? And if they didn't have a working system, why would they think this upgrade will cure their non-working computer. I for one am almost always first in line to upgrade software/firmware, but messing around with BIOS can quickly brick your system if you don't know what you doing or your computer loses power while doing the BIOS upgrade. I just don't see any upside for 98% of the Acer users. I'm sticking with 3210 as long as my computer does what I want and thats mainly a travel internet player.
