New Battery Problem

    I just got a new 9 cell for my D250 off of ebay. Whenever I charge it, it blinks red rather than going to green. Also, after a few days of use it show about %30 wear, although it does go down a bit every once and a while. What do these problems mean? Thanks.

    Does anyone know how to fix this? I just received my replacement battery and I don't want to repeat this.

    Mean that this days people want to make money over any other thing, even selling you trash, mine has 57% of wear and I paid 78 usd 6 months ago. This manufactures should be in jail for scam
