    Hello folks,

I've got an Aspire One since a couple of months and am very happy with the netbook. I'm in Canada at the moment and use my netbook here which I bought in Germany. A couple of days ago my chagger broke (also purchased in Europe, with adapters -> Link. I'm looking now for a new charger and am a bit confused concerning the voltage. My old charger from Germany featured 19 V and 1,6 A.

I couldn't find a charger with this specifications in Canada so far, the closest one is this here with 20 Volt and 3 Ampere: Link. Can I use this one? How does it work with the voltage in general and what do I have to look for exactly? I hope that you guys can help me so that I can charge my Aspire One again.

    Thanks a lot,

Acer part number for AC adapter is AP.03003.001. Where in Canada are you located?

    Hi there,

fortunately I found an adapter with the exact same features as my old one in an online store. I will order this one. Thanks for your help anyway. :)
