New Desktop Wanted...

    Hi Platti,



    For Skype try this location /usr/bin/

    Regarding desktop wallpapers or images once you have uploaded an image to your Downloads folder that you may want to use for your desktop place it here with this command as there is a good folder location to use backgrounds/pictures

    Sudo cp /home/user/Downloads/your picture name.jpg (space here) /usr/share/pixmaps/backgrounds/pictures/your picture name.jpg

    To delete any images from your backgrounds /picture folder or other you can use this command
    sudo rm /usr/share/pixmaps/backgrounds/pictures/your picture name.jpg


    To delete a desktop Icon just drag it into the trash bin then right lick and select empty trash. ;)

    I have not deleted either the Home or File system Icon as the later is used for direct root and connected USB peripherals. :? IE to un mount them safely :)
