Hey I just wanted to let everyone here know that there is another option for installing 10.6.2. It is called SnowyWindOSX. It was designed to install 10.6.2 on the MSI Wind and have everything work out of the box, much like the old msiwindosx86.iso. However this installs very cleanly, has absolutely no hacks beyond the couple of kexts needed to work, and even comes with a package to remove those kexts and install the bootloader/kexts to the EFI partition if you choose. As I said it was designed with the MSI Wind in mind, but it turns out that it works very well for several other netbooks, including many of the Aspire One models. I simply wanted to let everyone here know that there was another easy way to install.
