Looks pretty neat but it has a 10.2" screen. I kind of like the small 8.9" form factor... :D

What's the point in lugging around a wider screen if there is no increased resolution?

Yea, that's the big issue, what is the netbook limit?

    9"
    10"
    10.1"
    17.5" :D

Larger size, even with the same resolution get's you a more readable screen (font sizes are "bigger"), but you are right, when a later model gets bigger it should get better too.

For some reason I do like the beveled edges with connectors there. Don't know why, but it looks good.

it looks really good , just as they don't make it bigger than the original casing, then its ok, once is bigger than the original 8.9 ONE, then i don't consider it a net book, just a little laptop

I thought I read somewhere that the 10.1" unit was the same size package as the 8.9", but just a bigger screen.

Precisely! That's why 10in has never been a reason for me to buy another netbook. It's still 1024x600 anyway. Pixels look bigger, that's it. Less sharp btw.
