new to acer aspire one need help plz

    i have just got 2 acer aspire one aoa 150-aw 120gb bios v .03114, 512mb ram, linux lite 1.0.3.e ,

    and my question is when i watch a youtube vid and go fullscreen it slows right down and is sluggish to click back to smallscreen would putting more ram in help things ?? as i am new to pc,s and netbooks etc cheers

    P.S any other things that i could do to improve the thing cheers

    Hi there and welcome to the forum!! :)

    Adding more RAM will certainly give it a boost, but the problem with netbooks generally is the display can't handle full screen videos overly well.

    There are many guides around with lots of little tips and tricks to improve speed for specific programs/web sites etc.
