    ok been trying for ages to get this sorted, basically:
    i mounted the xp sp3 iso in daemon tools,
    i then copied the folder to c:\
    i had to click auto run to get the i386 folder which extracted to my external
    so i copied that across to c:\ into the folder where the rest of the stuff was.

    the problem:
    when i open nlite and try to select the folder it keeps saying please select the folder containing i386 or amd64.

    cant think of a way around it :(

    any ideas?

    Thanks!

    kapinouwi,

    how is this helping the OP ???

    @floz

    copy the whole CD to a folder in your hard drive, not just the i386 folder.

    ... don't forget to slipstream in all the latest AA1 windows drivers, you won't have any 'unknown device' under device manager when you finish installing XP. :)
