No Icons or WIFI

    Hi. I hope someone can help. My daughters Aspire1 ZG5 was working fine. Then up came a load of panels with multi pointed stars turned up on the screen. I have now got rid of these panels after finding out thru the forum but I deleted the last one. Now I have on icons at the bottom of the screen and no internet connection. I've tried the recovery disc but no joy with that and I've also tried to reset the default in the start up bios still no luck with that.
    Has anyone got any ideas?
