no password

    Ok so I install cable and internet for a company in my home town. They have given me a laptop for running the birth certificates on the modems that i set up. I set the password while inbetween jobs and when i got to the next one i had forgotten the password and now i cant get into the laptop to use it as soon as it boots up it shows my image and name but asks for password which i cant remember.PLEEEEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE HELP!!!!! :oops:

    Hi there,

    Can you give us some more information on your laptop? Model number, Operating System, exact time where asked for password?

    If this is a company laptop, I would say just say to them you have forgotten the password and let their IT fix it would be the easiest solution.
