Hi, I just installed Windows on my aspire one 110, everything works fine exept the sound... I have the drivers installed and have checked all the sound options from the control panel, but still no luck. I have the latest BIOS... Anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

Have you tried Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Driver ? It's for High Definition Audio chips. If you have installed the right driver from Acer website, then this should work.

How would you go about installing UAA correctly? I tried getting some for some other Acer-model that would supposedly work for the AAO, but still no luck. So, from where should I obtain UUA, and how should I go about installing it? (As a hotfix or updating my audio driver etc...) Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I had SP3... But I might be leaning towards it being a hardware problem. I changed the SSD hardware to a 1.8". and maybe some cable isnt connected? Do anyone know wich cable connects the sound card with the motherboard here?

So yeah, It's most likely a hardware problem, like some cable that isn't connected or something. Any of you know which cable connects the soundcard to the motherboard?
