Sorry about this - I know you've probably seen this issue a thousand times but I still can't find a solution and my Linux knowledge/experience is zilch - so I need some help. I bought the Aspire One back in September and everything is great...except... I cannot, for the life of me, get it to connect to my router in wireless mode. It's fine when it's wired in. I even removed all my security and MAC Addressing to see if that was the cause - nope, same result. It can see the network but won't connect. Any one out there help with this... before I enter the 'World Aspire Hurling Championships?

    Thanks,

    Paul

Have you run the live update?

It seems that everyone here swears by it.

We have only had ours a week but connects to the network no problem.

It may be the way you have your router setup i.e. security

Yes - I have run the update. Still no luck but I did get an email this morning from the Acer tech support with a workaround. I'll give
it a try this evening. If it works I'll post it up on this site.

    Thanks for your time,

    Paul
