    Hello,

I've got an awful bluescreen problem. I go for hours of use without a bluescreen, then I get a whole bunch every time I try to boot.

These series of bluescreens never start with a bluescreen though. The screen just goes black, (fan still goes though) and the power light is on. Then, when I try to turn it back on, one of two things happen:

    1. Nothing happens. The fan is trying REALLY hard to do something, but nothing happens. The screen stays black. The loading BIOS thing doesn't even appear.
    2. It gets half way through a boot, then bluescreens. Sometimes I get to the desktop, and then it bluescreens.

This happens about ten times, then it starts up normally.

I'm on an XP Black Edition install, but the same thing happened on a previous clean XP Pro install.

Heres the "Technical Information" from the most recent crash:
    Code:
    *** STOP: 0x0000007E (OxC000001D, 0x854DA2AD, 0xF78A9DC4, 0xF78A9AC0)
    I've tried a power cycle.

    *Is confused*

    Thanks!

    Donald
