I have a A110-W and am trying to connect it to my windows formatted external HDD and it will not pick it up. The hdd is NFTS formatted and think this is the problem. Any ideas?

I have the same problem,,,I do it a different way,,,I just put the files id like to save onto a flash drive,,then put it into my windows machine.to get into the externall hard drive.
If you were to reformat you drive to a fat 32 ,,Im pretty sure it would read,,,Thats what my flash drive is formatted too.So both windows and Linux should see it.
