All available versions are the same, so you can download them from either place, the official ones just miss the release notes.

It just makes everyone THAT much more comfortable knowing it's been released on the official site =P Thats why I put "official" at the title.

Nothing about enabling more ram capacity, doh. Time to wait some more.

It's not an urgent upgrade, only upgrade if the Acer technician told you to.

But how do you update the BIOS though after you have downloaded it?

Do you have to boot with a usb drive...

would be good if someone could explain how they did it...

    Thanks

Gosh read the other thread !!!
Did you add the 5v Line to ur Sata connecctor SSD mobo version is missing the 5v Controller SMT for the SATA.
Add the required 5v line and you be fine.

hola amigos soy de venezuela alfredo, buy an acer aspire one amazon 150 installed xp disk with 160 GB and 1 GB of memory. Well when you put an address to view live TV a few minutes, the image is slow and fracmenta fly. making it almost impossible to see it sometimes keeps the sound but the picture is more destination after new moves and stops. Wonder there is any way to speed up or give continuity to the normal internet tv? He clarified that the WiFi is strong and fast, thank you from Caracas Venezuela
