Ok please help me, I'm lost....

I followed the instructions here:

But Gnome-PPP wont install (says "no packages were given for installation").

And how do I right-click my desktop?

I think the idea of putting that topic right at the top of the 'Beginners' forum and calling it "READ ME - FOR NEW LINPUS LINUX USERS" (in capitals, even!) was that beginners might find it and read it......
