I recently bought an Acer Aspire One and it has 1gb RAM. Is the 1gb RAM a stick that can be removed, or is the RAM onboard and I still have all my empty slots?

    Thanks,

Unless Acer has recently changed the layout, you have 512 MB onboard and 512 MB in the single slot, which can be removed and replaced with a 1GB stick, to give you a maximum total of 1.5GB.
