Well, I've had my AA1 (110 - Linux, SSD) for a week now and I'm VERY impressed still.

The OS is pretty good, especially once advanced mode is setup and I refreshed my (limited!) skills in Linux. I followed the instructions on this forum to install Quake 3 and am pretty pleased with the results!

Anyway, today I took delivery of a few 'extras'...

16GB Class 6 SDHC Card, for storage expansion
4GB USB memory stick, which I've created my recovery disk on
320GB exernal HDD - Freecom Mobile Drive XXS, which I can't recommend enough, see here for details: http://crave.cnet.co.uk/gadgets/0,39029 ... 581,00.htm -- The only criticism I would make, is that Linux takes a good 20-30 seconds to let you access the drive when you first plug it in.
LG External Super Multi DVD Rewriter - http://us.lge.com/products/model/detail ... E50L.jhtml
    Logitech wireless optical notebook mouse.

Oddly enough, I bought a couple of AA1 150's (Linux, 120GB HDD), and I find OpenOffice apps to be much slower in opening up on these than on the SSD 110. I know this is probably the opposite of what most people have noticed, but it's fairly obvious when I run them side by side.

What other 'must-haves' are there? Anyone?

    Cheers,
