online check

    hi all!

    as a new user i do struggle a bit with slight problems i have encountered with my new acer one...

    f.e. the webcam works - i can take pictures and it seems it takes video as well. however i can not see myself once i open the webcam software which does not give me the chance to set the picture like brightness etc.

    further more, if i record a video, it will be saved in the video file but neither media master nor the other media program is able to play the video.
    is there any website where i can go to and do some sort of online check of my acer one and even better, could this online check lead to repair any driver errors or what ever might has gone wrong?!

    thanks for any guides and help - besides this small problem, the acer one works well and i am very happy to get rid of the damn microsoft crap.
