open office uninstalled - how do I re install?

    Help
    I tried updated Flash player through package manager and installed a different flash player that did not work. The big problem is that package manager un-installed open office :( the homepage no longer has any icons. How do I get it back?
    Also does anyone know how to install adobe flash player for firefox? (Facebook requests I upgrade to watch videos on the site)
