I noticed that after I installed osx and dual booted my system with osx and xp, my system clock is never accurate on either OS. Its not a big deal but just thought it was odd and wanted to know if other people had a similar experience.

This is a well known problem, discussed all over the 'net :ugeek:
It results from the different assumptions each OS makes about the hardware clock.

Quick'n'dirty fix: you can set the clocks to show correct time in both OS,
but you need to choose a wrong timezone in one of them.

More Elegant fix: there are scripts to reset the clock each time each OS starts.
