    HI all I have been reading the forums and decide to install OSX10.5.5 iDeb. on my A150 with 1.5 gig ram 120 gig hard drive.
    I whipped everything off the drive and partitioned 3 equal parts.
    1-OSX
    2-FATfor XP
    3-FAT Linux
    I installed OSX first and it installed ok up untill the Transfering old data from another Mac part and it won't continue it just keeps looping back to the pick language and keyboard then back to the data transfer part? I can't get past this?

    Then I installed XP on the second part then changed the active partition back to OSX I could then boot to XP or OSX with the Darwin boot loader.
    XP boots ok but when I boot into OSX it is still stuck in the loop and will not get past the data transfer part??

    Then I decided to load Super ubuntu it loaded ok but it away my Darwin of course so I now have linux and XP but no OSX but the partition is still there.

    So I have 2 questions how can I get a triple boot loader or GRUB to show all 3 OS's and how can I get OSX to finish the install.

    Thanks in advance
    Great site thanks for info!

    Happy New Year!

    Triple booting has as many answers as there are distros ;)
    My take is: do not put OS-X on partititon 1, anything the other OSes do to MBR
    could prevent OS-X from being bootable;
    Be sure ubuntu installs grub to ubuntu partition, not to MBR;
    XP usually seems better behaved when on partition 1;

    The "transfer data - select language" loop is answered here:
