OSX - can i update my Bios?

    As the title says can i update my Bios on my AAO OSX 10.5.5 without messing up my OSX install?


    I seem to have a problem with both my AAO's with the screens flickering on low brightness settings.

    Not to be a smarta$$, but what BIOS version are you on now. It may improve the quality of response.
