OSX + Windows 7

I have a full partition of OSX (10.5.5, Kalyway Flavour), but i want to boot Windows 7 and a Linux distro alongside it... is there anyway of adding another partition without having to strip it all down and start again!? :? i looked into iPartition but read mixed reviews/results from that... can someone please give me some kind of helping hand or pointers to whether this is possible!? thanks in advance
