Password help

Hi Guys
I really hope someone can help me before I have to go down the long pcworld road
I bought a acer aspire one happy net book for my 8 yr old daughter for christmas, now despite being told not to she has changed her password and now we can not get on the netbook!
Does anyone know how to reset the password
I really don't want to take it back to pcworld because I know they'll try and charge me for something

OK just got back from the battle of pcworld and I've managed to get them to sort it FOC (they wanted to charge me £35.00, it took him less than 60sec !!!!)
you guys probally know this but the restore for the aspire one is built in and just requires you to keep pressing F4 when you turn the netbook on
however if you have lost your login password this won't help you as you have to login as a user once in the reboot/restore menu
to reset your password you will require a restore media cd which you have to load on to a flash driver or external Hard drive to load on to the net book
you can order this cd from Acer's main site but they do charge for it I believe

hope this helps anyone else with kids who don't listen lol
