PItA Mouse!

Hi all. Anyone had problems since Mozilla sent their updated dictionary? I opened up the Acer on sunday morning to see how my bid was going on evil bay and I got this dictionary up date thing that just wouldn't go away and; when it did all my setting had gone and I was on bloody Yahoo instead of my Google home page. Plus; all the security settings I had set up were gone too! My mouse pad which has never been that bril is now so lethal I have to use a usb mouse or end up in a screaming fit as it changes pages, highlights, of just runs wild with the slightest touch! I wish I'd bought the windows version, or even a real laptop. Thought this cute little thing was going to be fun but it's turning out to be a right PItA!

Anyone help, offer a solution?
