Pleas help me! Trying to recover using disk on flash drive

    I have installed the latest patch on my One that I have only had for two days. Now the network center doesn't start up and I have no internet connection. I have been to the other thread on this subject but nothing worked. I have the recovery disk and I want to recover the system using a flash drive, so how do I recover my system without having to download the disk image from the net? Also, I have already tried to boot from the flash drive with only all the files from the recovery disk on it to no avail..." Invalid or damaged boot partition" Thanks in advance

    UPDATE: I read the recovery CD manual and was able to make the recovery drive and everything went well and I am posting from my One right now. NOTE TO ALL LINUX NOOBS: DO NOT UPDATE YOUR ASPIRE ONE.....EVER...well, at least until Acer releases something stable.
