please explain

    hello everyone
    i'm newbie btw i'd heard that someone can change the wifi card on Aspire One A150L?
    what i wanna ask is about how about the new acer aspire one d250, can i change it into Wireless-N
    like intel 4965AGN card?
    & how?(please give a complete tutorial)

    I believe that it has the same chassis as the D150 so the WIFI card would be mini-PCI-E and replaceable. You would only then need the drivers and Windows might help you with that or simply download them and install :)

    HERE is a large picture of the motherboard which shows where the WIFI card is at.

    I should say that you would have to disassemble your netbook to get at it. Not completely but below is a link for a video of how to do just that :)

    Although, I do not know what the guts of the D250 look like so it may be a bit different ;)

    You need to mod the laptop as well since wireless N wireless adapater have 3 antennae.

    But I did find some with only two antenna :?:
