plug & play problem (mp3 player)

    hi,
    i have a problem with the plug & play in my aspire one. first of all, its an aao with win xp. ive got an i.beat sonix mp3 player and have the following problem: when i connect it to the aao theres this menu where i can choose no action or view with windows media player, i can also see the files in it with the media player, but i cant see the player at "my computer". it also appears in the hardware manager. i had exactily the same problem before with a sandisk sansa clip mp3 player. i also own a cheap mp3 player from dse (usb stick format) and that one works without any problems.
    i hope this is a known problem and anyone can help me.
