Pogo/EA games

    Can someone help? I regularly use Pogo games on my PC through AOL. However, I am unable to download any games on my "One". I've confirmed that I have the correct version of Java, Mozilla, and Firefox--in addition, the pop up blockers have been disabled. Still no luck. The techies at POGO can't help me either.

    I need guidance, as we are leaving on a trip and will be in withdrawal if we can't play these games.
