PortableApps

    Been experimenting with ways to speed things up...thought i would give portable apps a go on my sd card again and see what i would get...man did it speed things up.things load a heck of alot faster and there is hardly any lag on the ssd..firefox loads in a fraction of the time it takes for the ssd to load.if you dont know what portableapps is then hit the link below and check it out...you wont regret it!

    Hey, I use those too. But I can't get it to work with Linpus :(

    gotta load xp or vista for that to work...that or maybe try loading virtualbox on linpus and see if you can virtualize xp or vista

    been there done that, linsus (was), nlite xp (was), now i'm using full xp sp2 with fat32, portable was huge success.. :twisted:
