Problem changing hard disk

    Greetings community,

    I have changed the HD of my laptop HP 15-bw059ns to a new SSD 500GB.
    Just change one SATA mechanic for another SATA SSD
    My problem is that now the new SSD disk is not recognized
    When I power on the laptop it appears:

    And if I replace the new one with the old mechanic one, I got the same message.
    Please, need help.
