I bought AAO D250 last week and start experiencing problems. I turn on the netbook, XP start to install but it freeze during installation. After forced turn off, I couldn't get to installation resume. I couldn't start recovery also.

After that I tried to install XP from other sources. I tried to install from external CD, external HDD and USB stick. Also tried 7 different version of XP and installation always freeze at same place ("installing devices", installing bar came to under letter c then freeze).

Anyone have some solution, or this is some hardware problem?

Other problem I get is that after reboot system often don't boot up (blank screen). Only solution to this is turn off , wait 5 sec then turn on.

Have you modded it in any way (memory etc..)?

I would say its a hardware problem. Probably heat related.
I definitely suggest you bring it back to the shop, given also you have not modified its configuration in any way.
