    Hi All Professionals,

    I tried to install MFC-215C into aspireone. What I done was installed the driver, even through I follow the instruction from BROTHER. and also take some reference from this forum, "How to set up Brother Printer" in Beginner session. However, the aspireone still can not recognize the printer .

    According to Brother, I have to use driver MFC210 instead of MFC215

    Here are the result looks like:
    [attachment=0:11o4lygt]PrinterStatus.png[/attachment:11o4lygt]
    And also I am sure the printer driver has been installed.
    Code:
    $rpm -qa | grep -e MFC
    cupswrapperMFC210C-1.0.0-1
    MFC210Clpr-1.0.2-1

    Did I miss some procedure(s)? Please help

    Thanks in advance,
    Alan.

    CUPS seems to think it's there, alright!

    What actually happens if you print something from an application - does anything turn up in the CUPS 'jobs' list

    Perhaps I have a problem during link the driver of MFC210 to MFC215C. I mean the driver still in "Generic Text Printer"

    Could you do me a favour, any command(s) I should type?

    Thanks in advance,
    Alan.
