Problem with patch for xfdesktop (190004)

    As of today (18th Sep) a new entry appeared on the Live Update on my system. However when it came to downloading and installing it I get the following:

    (a large no entry sign) Update Successful
    Some updates failed to install. You can install them next time.

    Now is this because I have unlocked my desktop, or the fact that I've added apps to the controlling .xml file or what? Incidently I have absolutely no problems with my existing xfe desktop as it runs perfectly. So do I actually need this update?

    I have updated with no issues. The mods might have caused the errors you got. You may want to re-install the OS. ;)
