    Hi

I regulary use my Aspire One to connect to wireless networks which it does very well.

However, if I become disconnected from the network for whatever reason, I often have trouble connecting back up. The problem is strange - I can view a list of available networks however cannot 'connect' as such. Pushing the connect button doesn't seem to do anything. It's as if it doesn't even try to connect. It seems the only way around this is to reboot the computer, sometimes several times!

Note, I've always got good wireless signal.

    Is this a common bug?

Is it a firewall problem, or encryption enabled / disabled?

A good starting point is to make sure you have the latest WiFi driver:
