I tried plugging my Ethernet cable into my new AAO that I just got today, and it's giving me Limited or No connectivity. Which is odd, considering I have that same cable, in my desktop as we speak.

    Thaks a lot

try fiddling with your network section. I had to set my wireless settings to get it going.

First. What system you use: Windows or Linux??

If Windows after plugging Ethernet cable go to Limited Connection (right click) and try to Repair this connection. It's happening because MAC address for AA1 is different then MAC address for PC. Repair option will rebuild DHCP and assign new IP address... Obviously you do not have any MAC filtering on your router I believe...

In Linux is best to restart system, Network Manager will do all this automatically for you...

If melhiores solution does not work, reset your modem/router every time you change devices. That should solve it.
