System will not reboot. continues to go into mode asking to login on safe mode or several other choices. After time expires goes into blue screen checking file system on C: The type of file system is FAT32. One of the disks need to be checked for consistency. You may Cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended that you continue. Windows will now check the disk. volumne Serial number is 3883-5A23. windows is verifying files and folders...(_ % percent complete)....

    then

file and folder verification is complete and list problems and goes through a blank screen and back to the safe mode, safe with networking, safe with command prompt and so on. Continues to go thru this cycle. I have tried doing the FN/ESC method from a USB (2gb) card and it didn't work.

    Any help is appreciated....

Did you let it finish it checking if so what were the results and have you tried going into safe mode and then exiting and then try using boot into normal or last working (wording may be different but the idea is there).
