Process 15/16 Install eRecovery Spolutions

    Hi All,
    I have an Acer Aspire 5920 G which I purchased for my wife`s xmas in October 2008, this is only the second time it has been used, my son installed Office 2007 in December and it has been in its box up until today, Wednesday 16th March 2009, this afternoon, I installed a printer and the Roxio Creator 2009 programme. I also downloaded some of my wife`s sports club files. For the last two or three hours there has been a box at the bottom of the screen with "acer Process 15/16 Install eRecovery Solutions please wait" could some kind soul please tell me what is happening and will I have to wait until this process is finished before I switch the Note Book off?
